About the Role: Senior Software Test Engineer – V&V

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Verification & Validation Software Test Engineer to strengthen our CoC team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring software quality across multiple automotive software platforms, including Connected Vehicles, Infotainment Systems, and ADAS features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop software/system-level test cases aligned with OEM SW release strategy

• Collaborate closely with project teams for test planning, execution, and reporting

• Participate in technical reviews, project discussions, and quality audits

• Execute manual and automated test cases across SIL/HIL environments

• Apply ASPICE and ISO 26262 standards to derive robust test strategies

• Ensure traceability between test cases and software/system requirements

• Perform HIL testing using tools such as Carmaker, VTD, etc.

• Identify software defects early in the development cycle and recommend improvements

• Apply various test design techniques for optimized test coverage

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge in CAPL scripting, Python, and XML

• Experience with HIL Testing Platforms and automotive toolchains

• Sound understanding of ECU, sensors, actuators, and automotive software

• Exposure to ADAS features, Infotainment systems, CarPlay, and Android Auto

• Hands-on experience with software lifecycle, test case creation, and defect tracking

• Passion for automation and continuous learning of emerging tools and practices
